Story behind the song

I woke up one day thinking about the fact that I had very little to do that day so, I felt calm, relaxed and peaceful. My neighbor has a water feature in his back yard that produces that very soothing sound of moving water. Of course, my imagination got the best of me and the result was Waiting By the River!
